While each Baptist church is independent, we are affiliated with the Conservative Baptist Association and the Southern Baptist Convention. Locally we are members of the Baptist Convention of New England (BCNE).

Paul Carter -Paul is the Boston City Operations Director for The Navigators. He focuses on discipleship and mentoring Grad Students and young professionals in the area, especially at Boston University, MIT and Eastern Nazarene College. Learn more.

Michael Dean - Michael is Director of Boston International Ministries, reaching out to international students, visitors, and professionals across Greater Boston.

Bengali Ministry
Paul and Elizabeth Biswas – Paul has been in Christian ministry for forty three years including nine years with the North American Mission Board (SBC) as a church planting consultant for outreach to South Asian unreached people groups, especially Muslim people groups in New England. Since 2004, Paul Biswas has been serving as a missionary in New England and the founding pastor of International Community Church-Boston.
